A goal is set up on the end line, with a goalkeeper inside. Three attacking players and two defending players get in formation. The right attacker has the ball.
Procedure
Player A passes into the run of C, who passes on to the left to player B, who plays a diagonal pass to A. A has the options of shooting on goal or passing inside. The two red defenders try to stop the team with the numerical advantage. Alternative: The attackers are also allowed to dribble past the defenders.
Tip
- The team with the numerical advantage must push the attack forward quickly and use the full width of the field. The pass to the teammate must not come too late. - The defenders try to close down the passing lanes and engage in challenges. - The attacking player starts with the passer's backswing. - The defender tries to close down the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot build up speed, and if possible positions his body between himself and the attacker with the shoulder forward. - 1 full-size goal(s)
