3v2 with Passing Requirement

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19, Men's / Women's
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players, 16-22+ players

Setup

- A goal is set up on the end line, with a goalkeeper inside

- Three attacking players and two defending players get in formation

- The central attacker has the ball.

Procedure

The central blue player passes into the running path of the left winger. This player passes on to the right winger, who may either shoot on goal or pass the ball to a teammate. The two red defenders try to stop the team with the numerical advantage. Alternative: The central attacker is also allowed to dribble past the defender.

Tip

- The team with the numerical advantage must push the attack forward quickly and use the full width of the field. The pass to the teammate must not come too late.

- The defenders try to close down the passing lanes and engage in challenges.

- The attacking player starts with the passer's backswing.

- The defender tries to close down the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot build up speed, and if possible positions his body between himself and the attacker with the shoulder forward
