Procedure
In this 3v3, each defender has a designated opponent. This means it is played man-to-man without switching. Only when the defender is beaten may the next defender close down. The attacking player can pass to the goalkeeper or teammates. The build-up is done by the goalkeeper. For the defenders: If the coach instructs man-to-man marking, they must always stay tight to their opponent. Alternative: If the instruction is to play zonally, they must shift, tuck in, cover, or take over depending on the situation.
Tip
- The defender tries to close down the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot build up speed, and if possible positions his body between himself and the attacker with the shoulder forward. - The attacking player can shoot directly on goal. - The attackers should constantly incorporate feints and one-twos. - 6 cones, 2 full-size goal(s)
