Tip

- The focus of this game format is on rehearsing running paths in the defensive unit with the follow-up actions of 'quick transition from defence to attack' and ball control after winning possession. In addition, the team in possession works on its movement off the ball with the goal of scoring. - The objective for the defenders is either to win possession or to push the ball carrier into a non-dangerous area to the side and to block the passing lane to the goal/teammate by double-teaming or tucking in. - The teams should be in constant motion. The players constantly try to make themselves available and offer passing options to their teammates. - Getting stuck in tight spaces should be avoided. Therefore, switches of play and through balls should be played regularly. - This game format requires an enormous running volume and game intelligence and is characterised by constant communication. - 16 cones
