4 against 4 on a goal

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point

Setup

Two teams of four are formed. The playing field is the 16. There is a goalkeeper in the goal. A neutral player is standing on the semicircle of the penalty area. The balls are with the player.

Procedure

It is played 4 against 4. The player is always opened by the player. The team in possession of the ball tries to score, the defending team tries to prevent this. If the attacking team loses the ball, the defending team must first pass the ball to the neutral player before they can attack themselves. If the attacking team scores, it remains in possession of the ball.

Tip

- There is a constant interplay of attack and defense. - Every defender should assign himself to an attacker. - The goal for the defenders is to take possession of the ball or to block the pass. - On the offensive, permanent movement and a fast, precise passing game are required. - Due to the small playing field in the 16, almost every possession of the ball is associated with the possibility of a goal shot. - For the defenders, it means permanent active duel behavior. - 1 large field goals (s)
