A playing field is marked out with cones. 3 cone goals are built in this field. Two teams of four are formed.
Team red and team blue play against each other and try to score as many goals as possible. A goal can be achieved by passing the ball (regardless of which side) through one of the cone goals and bringing it under control by a teammate on the other side. Both teams have free play (no limit on ball contacts). If a team scores a goal, they can attack another cone goal immediately. The team without possession of the ballhas to to defend all goals.
- The goal for the defenders is either to get possession of the ball or to push the attacker who has the ball to the side into the goal-safe area and to block the pass route to the goal / to the teammate by doubling or indenting. - Both teams should be constantly on the move. The players constantly try to offer themselves and to be available to their fellow players as a reference station. - The team without the ball tries to block the pass routes and rooms skillfully and puts constant pressure on the player who owns the ball and his teammates. - This form of play requires an enormous amount of running and understanding of the game and is characterized by constant communication and interplay between offensive and defensive behavior. - 10 cones
