Construction of 3 adjacent quadrangles (field 1, field 2, field 3). 3 teams of 5 players are formed (team red, team blue and team yellow).
The game starts in the following line-up. In field 1, 5 is played against 2 (team red against 2 players from team blue). The remaining 3 blue players are waiting in field 2 (neutral field). Team 3 is yellow in field 3. Process: The players of team red play the ball with one ball contact each. Blue tries to conquer the ball. If red succeeds in making 7 ball contacts, they may hit a long ball in field 3 to the yellow team. In this case, 2 blue players from field 2 would sprint into field 3 and try to take the ball from team yellow. The remaining two blue players from field 1 switch to the neutral zone. If the ball is captured in field 3 in blue, the remaining blue players in field 3 change and three yellow players in field 2. Now team blue plays against 2 yellow players. After 7 contacts, the flying ball can take place again in field 1 where 5 red against 2 yellow play etc.
- Care should be taken to ensure a precise and punchy passing game. - The team in possession of the ball must be staggered so that all sides of the square and possibly the center of the field are occupied. - Triangles should be formed to provide play options. - The passing game alternates between many short passes and occasional long passes to shift the playing fields. - The players constantly try to be available to their fellow players as a reference station. - The team without possession tries to pass the pass routes and rooms skillfully and puts constant pressure on the player in possession of the ball and his teammates. - The side players should adopt an open game position (outline in the back) so that you can always keep an eye on the next play station. - This form of play trains the short pass / triangle and long pass game and play in tight spaces with permanent zone changes. - 8 cones
