Structure of a playing field with 2 goals according to the graphic. There is a goalkeeper in every goal. 2 teams (red and blue) of 5 players each are formed. 3 players per team are in the field, the other two are distributed on one of the two outer sides.
The field is played 3 against 3 for 2 goals. The two outside players of each team are allowed to move freely on the sidelines and may not be attacked by either the outside players or the field players of the other team. If they are played by one of their teammates from the field, the two players can change positions and the outside lane player becomes a field player or he remains outside and serves as a pass station. The goalkeeper is also allowed to intervene in the attacking / passing game. This creates a 6 against 3 + goalkeeper game situation when the ball is in possession. The number of ball contacts is limited as follows: 3 contacts - 1 contact - 3 contacts - 1 contact, etc.
- This type of game requires an enormous amount of running and understanding of the game and is characterized by constant communication and an interplay between the two halves of the game. - The teams should be constantly on the move. The players try to constantly offer themselves and to be available to their fellow players as a point of reference. - Triangles should be formed regularly and the goalkeeper or the outside lane players should be used as players. - This form of play trains the short passing game, playing in tight spaces, duel behavior and quick side changes as well as counter-attacks. - 6 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
