A goal is placed on the baseline. On the center line, 3 cone goals of the same size are set up with the same spacing from one another. Two teams are formed (blue and yellow) that play against each other on the half of the field. Team blue consists of 5 players, team yellow consists of 7. In the big goal a goalkeeper is positioned.
Team blue plays in the 3-2 formation, they plays on the three cone goals and have the goalkeeper to defend their own goal. Team yellow plays in the 2-3-2 formation and plays on the big goal of the blue team. The offside rule applies; both teams have free play. After each successfully completed attack and after each attack ended in goal, the game continues from the yellow team at the center line. The same applies if the blue team repelled the yellow attack and successfully completed it in one of the three cone goals.
- The focus of the game form is on the one hand on learning the routes of the three-way chain + two midfielders in the half field with the options of 'quickly switching from defense to attack' or the ball control after winning the ball. On the other hand, this type of game in excess trains the playing of a defensive chain with two defensive midfielders with the focus for the undersized team to immediately press after losing the ball. - Care should be taken to ensure a precise and powerful pass / attack game. - Look for the 1: 1 situation on the outer lanes. - Apply depth passes and diagonal side shifts. - The undersized team is in a good position if the opposing player who is in the possesion of the ball cannot play the ball forward and is prevented from dribbling by doubles. - 9 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
