Construction of a cone square according to the graphic. 8 players are divided into 2 teams. One team consists of 5 (red), the other team of 3 players (blue).
4 players of the red team are spread over the 4 lines of the cone square. The fifth red player goes to the center of the square. The three blue players also go into the cone square. Red has the ball and aplays the the ball to eachother. The blue team must prevent this. The 4 red outside players have 2 contacts, the red middle player one. When the team conquers the ball blue, they immediately return the ball to red. After 1 minute the 3 blue players swap positions with 3 red ones.
- Care should be taken to ensure a precise and punchy passing game. - The team in possession of the ball must be staggered so that all sides of the field and the center of the field are occupied. - Triangles have to be formed again and again in order to offer play stations. - The passing game alternates between many short passes and occasional long passes to shift the page. - The players constantly try to be available to their fellow players as a pass station. - The team without possession tries to pass the pass routes and rooms skillfully and puts constant pressure on the player in possession of the ball and his teammates. - The side players should adopt an open game position (outline in the back) so that you can always keep an eye on the next play option. - This form of play trains the short pass / triangle game and play in tight spaces. - 4 cones
