Construction of a field over one half of the field. A goal is built on the baseline, another goal on the center line as well as a small cone goal to the right and left of it. Two teams (blue and yellow) of 6 players are formed, who play against each other. There is a goalkeeper in each of the big goals.
The blue team plays in the 4-2 formation towards the center line on the goal with the two cone goals. Team yellow plays in the 2-3-1 formation on the baseline goal. The players have free play. The offside rule applies. Team yellow tries primarily through the wide midfield of three to achieve success through the outsiders. Team blue tries to move well on the defensive and to narrow the space for team yellow. Even in the attack, blue tries to finish on one of the three goals. To do this, it is necessary to disrupt the defending yellow team with a clever passing game in their basic order in such a way that there are free spaces in which the two midfielders can run in and finish.
- The focus of the game is on the one hand on learning the routes of the four-defense chain + two defensive mid-league players with the options of 'quickly switching from defense to attack' or the ball control after winning the ball. On the other hand, this type of game trains the playing of a defensive / midfield row with the focus after losing the ball, either immediately pressing or moving into the 4-2 formation. - Care should be taken to ensure a precise and powerful pass / attack game. - The defensive team is in good position if the opposing player in the ball is unable to play the ball forward and doubles prevented them from dribbling. - The team with the three defending goals has to move significantly faster and repeatedly with the central defenders and mid-league players to narrow or secure and double the rooms. - 7 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
