A field the size of the penalty area is marked out with cones. Out of 10 players, 3 receive a marker shirt at the start.
The 7 players play against the 3 players with marker shirts. The goal of the team of 7 is to keep the ball in your own ranks for as long as possible. If the 3 players manage to conquer the ball three times and each time successfully pass it to the other player, the 3 players change their position with 3 players from the team of 7. As a ball conquest also counts when the team of 7 plays the ball out of the field.
- Care should be taken to ensure a precise and punchy passing game. - The team in possession of the ball must be staggered so that all sides of the field and the center of the field are occupied. - Triangles have to be formed again and again in order to offer play options. - The passing game alternates between many short passes and occasional long passes to shift the page. - The players constantly try to be available to their fellow players as a play option. - The team without possession tries to pass the pass routes and rooms skillfully. - The side players should adopt an open game position (outline in the back) so that you can always keep an eye on the next play station. - This form of play trains the short pass / triangle game and play in tight spaces. - 4 cones
