Tip

- The team without possession of the ball tries to block the pass routes and rooms skillfully. - A long play in a narrow space should be avoided. Therefore, side changes or passes in depth should be played regularly. - The allusion stations should try to adopt an open game position so that you can always keep an eye on the next allusion station. - This form of play requires an enormous amount of running and understanding of the game and is characterized by constant communication. In addition, it trains the short pass game, play in tight spaces and quickly change sides. - The team in possession of the ball should have occupied the outsides, the center and the half positions. - If the outside players are in possession of the ball, they should start dribbling towards the goal and run behind a second teammate. This gives the ball owner several options (dribbling, pass on the outer lane - Sturmspitze - back area or flank or shot on goal). - 8 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
