With cones, a field with 3 zones is staked out, at each of the two head ends a goal is set up. There is a goalkeeper in both goals. Two teams of 8 (red and blue) are formed. The balls are divided between the goals. Zones: Zone 1: Defense zone red / Attack zone blue Zone 2: Midfield zone Zone 3: Attack zone red / Defense zone blue
The two teams play against each other with the target of scoring goals. Team red has the ball possession at the start. The game is always set up by one of the two central defenders. There are three ways to open the game: 1) flying ball into the left winger's path, 2) flying ball into the center forward, 3) flying ball into the right winger's path. The blue team tries to prevent team red from opening. As soon as team red enters the attack zone (zone 3), the entire team moves up red and starts to attack. Team blue, however, may only defend with 5 players in their own defense zone (zone 3). That there is an 8 against 5 situation. After the attack is completed, team blue opens the attack. Alternative: restriction of the ball contacts in the zones.
