One goal each is built on the baseline and the center line. Two teams are formed. Team red consists of 8 players and plays in the 2-4-2 system, team blue consists of 6 players and plays in the 2-3-1 system. The balls are distributed to the goals. There is a goalkeeper in each of the goals.
The goalkeeper or one of the central defenders opens with a long ball on one of the two tips or with a diagonal ball on one of the two outside lanes. The strikers should either pass the ball to their teammates or shoot on goal fast, the outside track players should flank or immediately go dribbling towards the goal and look for a goal opportuinity. The midfielders move up to use the second ball. The two central defenders are only allowed to play long balls.
