In one half of the field, a center and goal line is staked out with cones. A goal is built on the base line and on the center line. Two teams of eight are formed. There is a goalkeeper in each of the goals.
The two teams play against each other. The game is played with offside rules and free ball contact number. The goal of the ball-owning team is to score the goal. The other team tries to interfere within the game structure early on through forchecking and, if possible, get possession of the ball and shoot on goal.
- The focus of this form of play is on the one hand on the learning of the walking paths in the pressing with the follow-up actions 'quick switching from defense to attack' and ball control after winning the ball. On the other hand, the freewheeling game with the goal of scoring a goal is rehearsed for the team in possession of the ball. - The goal for the defenders is to either get possession of the ball or to push the attacker who has the ball to the side into the goal-safe area and to block the pass route to the goal / opponent by double or indenting. The midfielder tries to double or to block the pass. - On the offensive, permanent movement and a fast, precise passing game are required. According to the 2-4-2 formation (variable 4-3-1 etc.), the players should be staggered in depth and consequently moving on a line should be avoided (depth staggering means creating play stations). The outside lane players should use the width of the field and be positioned on the outside line. - If the attack is carried out via the outside lane players, the players try to run from behind in the half field or act as pass recipients and flankers in the back area. The outside player has the option to dribble, cross or pass the ball on. - Passes in depth (on the strikers) cause the defense chain to move forward. Moving the ball to the outside forces the defense chain to move forward to the side. The result is that the attacking team is given rooms in depth, as well as the opportunity to pass through a diagonal ball on the free side. - Triangles have to be formed again and again to offer play options. - The teams should be constantly on the move. The players constantly try to offer themselves and to be available to their fellow players as a reference station. - A long play in a narrow space should be avoided. Therefore, page changes or passes in depth should be played regularly. - This form of play requires an enormous amount of running and understanding of the game and is characterized by constant communication and an interplay between the two halves of the game. - 5 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
