The teams have free play in the two zones in front of the goals, in the central zone the ball contacts are limited to 2. The balls are distributed to the goals.
The teams of 8 play against each other with the target of scoring goals. The team players are divided into the zones as follows: 2 defenders each in the zone in front of their own goal, 4 midfielders each in the middle zone and 2 strikers in the zone in front of the opposing goal. The players may not leave the zones. The zones and their regulation of the ball contacts motivate the players to quickly bridge the 2-contact middle zone with just a few passes. The ball must be played from the central zone into the storm zone, it must not be passed back to the defense.
