Two teams of 8 are formed (yellow and blue) that play against each other on one half of the field. The three pressing zones of defense, midfield and attack pressing are marked with cones. One goal each is built on the baseline and the center line. There is a goalkeeper positioned in every goal.
The players of the two teams are divided into the pressing zones as follows: Defense pressing zone: Two defense players, yellow and blue. Midfield pressing zone: four midfielders each yellow and blue. Attack pressing zone: two attackers each yellow and blue. The task of the teams is to reach the goal after a successful passing game. However, the players may not leave their zones for this. You may only pass the ball back and forth in all zones. In the midfield zone, a maximum of 2 ball contacts may be played, in the defense and attack zone the number of ball contacts is free.
