With cones, one half of the field is divided into four equally large quarters. Two teams of 8 players each are formed. Four players per team go together in one game area, so that four against four can be played in two of the four quarters.
The execise is played, with a ball, in one of the quarters 4 against 4. With a pass directly into the neighboring field to one of his teammates, the game can be relocated and a point won at the same time. The second option to play against your teammates from the other team of four and to score points is to play a pass in one of the empty quarters. There the ball must be run by a teammate of the other team and must be controllable. The pass recipient may only start in the field after the pass has been played. The team that is not in possession of the ball constantly tries to conquer the ball. Note: First practice with a ball, later you can add a second ball.
