A playing field with 3 zones is marked out with cones. A goal is placed on both ends of the field in which a goalkeeper positiones. Two teams of eight (blue and red) are formed. The balls are distributed at the goals. Zones: Close zones: Free play. Only the two defenders and the two strikers as well as a third attacking player who has successfully dribbled from the central zone into the attacking zone are allowed to stay in them. Middle zone: Dribble obligation for the player who owns the ball. Passes are only allowed to the rear. The middle zone may only be left within 5 seconds by dribbling into the zone close to the goal.
It is played 8 against 8, whereby the players assigned to the zones (see graphic) must not leave them (exception: a player from the middle third dribbles into the attack zone within the 5-second dribble phase). It is played with a fixed player assignment. The game is opened by the goalkeeper who has to play towards one of his defenders. He plays in the middle zone on one of his teammates, who has to go into dribbling immediately. If he does not succeed in dribbling into the attack zone, he must continue to play the ball through a pass to the rear after 5 seconds. This continues until a middleman manages to dribble into the third of the attack and play a 3 against 2 attack situation there or until the defending team takes the ball and tries to dribble into their third of the field.
- The defenders try to close the rooms and open the pass roads when the players open. - If a player has the ball assigned to his opponent and there is a 1: 1 situation. - After winning the ball, the defender immediately becomes an offensive dribbler. - The teams should be constantly on the move. The players constantly try to offer themselves and to be available to their fellow players as a reference station. - This form of play is characterized by constant communication and an interplay between attack and defense. - The ball owner has to assert himself in 1 against 1 and try to finish the goal. - After completing the offensive action, you must immediately switch to the defensive because the ball winner or goalkeeper initiates the counterattack. - 8 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
