A field with four cones is marked. Three cone goals are set up on each base line at equal intervals. Two teams of eight are formed to play against each other. The ball-owning team plays in the 2-4-2 formation, the defending team with two four-chains in the 4-4 formation. A cone is placed on the side lines and in the middle of the field to mark the center line.
Both teams have two tasks to perform in their game. If you have the ball, you have to try to make room for your attacking game by skillful vertical and horizontal passing and to finish on one of the three opposing goals. For this it is necessary that the outside players move out to the outside line in order to make room in the center and make it playable. The strikers are staggered. The striker close to the ball comes towards the ball, the second striker offers himself in depth. The two central defenders stand clearly apart from the rest of the team, thus holding the game in front of them, offering security and always remaining playable when the pass routes of their teammates are blocked. The two semi-central midfielders are also offset. One alternately takes over the more defensive part, the other more offensive. In a defensive position, the team moves into two-line formation 4-4. The two lines are compact. When the player closest to the ball leaves the line system in order to exert pressure on the ball-carrying player, the two line neighbors move inwards to adjust the pass routes in depth (defensive triangle).
- Demand fast play with few individual ball contacts (if possible a lot of direct play). - Request control of the ball (secure sideways and facing play both towards the front and towards the back). - As soon as there are gaps in the defense network, try to pass through the interfaces to score goals. - In the defense network, the distances between the players in width are approx. - 21 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
