A playing field is marked out with cones. 8 cone gates are built in this field. Two teams of eight are formed.
TTeam red and team blue play against each other and try to score as many goals as possible. A goal can be scored by passing the ball (regardless of which side) through one of the cone gates and bringing it under control by a teammate on the other side. Both teams have free play (no limit on ball contacts). If a team scores a goal, they can attack another cone goal immediately. The team without possession of the ball must try to defend all goals.
- Triangles have to be formed again and again to offer play options. - The passing game alternates between many short passes, double passes and occasional long passes in order to shift the play zones. - Both teams should be constantly on the move. The players constantly try to offer themselves and to be available to their fellow players as a passing option. - The team without the ball tries to block the pass routes and rooms skillfully and puts constant pressure on the player who owns the ball and his teammates. - This form of play requires an enormous amount of running and understanding of the game and is characterized by constant communication and interplay between offensive and defensive behavior. - 20 cones
