The exercise is played on the field between the two penalty areas. In front of each penalty area there are goalkeeper zones (30 x 6 meters) marked by cones. Two teams of eight (blue and yellow) are formed to play against each other. The goalkeepers of the two teams are in the zones.
Both teams play in the 4-4 system. Team yellow plays in line in midfield, team blue with diamond. Your own goalkeeper is in the zone marked opposite. The task of the teams is to pass the ball to their own goalkeeper. The team that can pass the ball to the goalkeeper in such a way that he can pick it up receives a point. Points can be scored by playing from the front or from the side. When fighting for the points, care should be taken to ensure that the teams move tactically and put pressure on the ball-carrying player early on, so that the player cannot play a flying ball on the goalkeeper. If the ball-owning team manages to play the ball-owning player in such a way or freely that they have a clear pass to the goalkeeper, they must play a long / half-long ball in the back of the defense against the goalkeeper. This perfectly simulates the levering out of a chain of four.
- The two defensive chains of four always act together and must not be too far apart. - It always has to try to cover the opponent's line of defense with long balls. - Training of inside bumps. - 8 cones
