Setup

The goalkeeper lies on the ground in front of the goal. The Goalkeeper coach (GC) takes up his position on the penalty spot.

Procedure

The goalkeeper lies on his stomach with his face facing the ground. The GC gives a call signal, upon which the goalkeeper has to react as fast as possible and jump towards the ball. Intensity: 6-10 Shots. Equipment: 1 Full-size Goal

Tip

1 full-court goal(s), - When getting up briefly use a hand to push up with, the other hand is ready to react. If he decides to stand up using his right leg, he first gets up with his right leg and then pushes up with his left. He then lies with his torso laterally to the left, he then leans forward with both arms, stands up firstly with his right leg and then pushes off with the left. \n- Foot/tip of the foot points towards the ball not forwards. \n-The goalkeeper jumps with a momentum step to the side. To the right, by taking momentum over his right foot, and laterally pushing off over the soccer ball. To the left by taking momentum over the left foot.\n- In this course of movements the hands and face point towards the shooter. As a general rule, try to catch the ball. \n
