Setup

Two teams are formed, a team of 10 (red) and a team of 5 (blue). There is a goalkeeper in each of the goals.

Procedure

The team of 10 plays in the 4-4-2 formation against the team of 5, which is set up in the 4-1 formation. At the beginning, the moves described below are rehearsed. Team red has the ball, team blue plays passively (the paths are planed without duels). Turn 1: Player C plays diagonally behind the back of four in the run of A, who runs towards the goal and either tries to find the end himself or drops the ball at one of his teammates. Turn 2: Player B runs towards the opposing goal in speed dribbling. The paths of his teammates I, J, G and F are planed so that they can a) pull the opponents away from the center or b) are designed so that they are available to B as a double pass option to overcome the chain of four. Turn 3: Player C passes to G, who plays a one-two with J and then dribbles towards the goal and looks for the end. If the running and pass routes have been rehearsed, the blue team can act fully active (with duels and their own goal scoring). The basic goal of both teams is to score goals or prevent the other team from scoring.

Tip

- The blue defending team always moves out towards the ball-owning player when the player opens, plays on the sidelines and puts pressure on the ball owner. - The strikers I + J start a counter movement and offer players B, C or G a game option. - The outer midfielder E + H move towards the center line so that they do not get into the offside zone and will be overrun by full-backs A + D. - Make sure that the rehearsed movement patterns lead to a fast, fluid overall movement. - Always demand accuracy and speed (the slow execution does not lead to success in the game). - The diagonal balls are to be played as an inside kick and require sharpness and precision. - 2 large field goals (s)
