• 6 cone attack over the wings with coordination
• 3 low hurdles

• 2 coordination ladders
• 1 goal
• One ball per round

Procedure

The exercise starts with a 1 vs. 1 in the square. The player in possession of the ball can now decide whether to pass to the left or to the right.

In the picture above, the player has passed to the right.

The player in the middle plays a pass to the right. Now he sprints towards the penalty area and crosses 3 mini hurdles on the way. The defender follows the striker towards the penalty area.

On the right side, the player dribbles around the cones. At that moment the winger starts straight ahead and crosses the coordination ladder.

This is followed by a pass towards the baseline.
All 4 players without the ball of the attacking team sprint towards the penalty box and wait for the pass. The defenders try to cover the space. 1 defender interferes with the entry.

Tip

• Intensive exercise that requires good coordination of the players.
• Do not run at full speed at the beginning
