Attack Trigger + Switching Sides

Setup

  • 2 goals
  • Cones
  • Divide one attacker and one defender per position

Procedure

  1. Player A passes the ball to B, who lets it bounce to C.
  2. Player C plays the ball deep towards D, at this moment players A, B, C, E, and F shift to the designated positions A2, B2, C2, D2, E2, and F2.
  3. D breaks away from the defender with a turn and plays a sharp pass or cross into the box, whether to the near post or far post is optional.
  4. Repeat the same on the left side.

Tip

  • Defending players are not active at the beginning.
  • Once the exercise runs smoothly, defenders can become more active.
