Setup

  • Divide into 6 vs 4 + goalkeeper

Procedure

Two central midfielders, one holding midfielder, two wide midfielders surround the opponent's 16-yard area, with one striker in the penalty area. The defensive backline stays within the penalty area.

The attacking players attempt to score a goal through combination play, with one wide midfielder allowed inside the penalty area.

Upon winning possession, the defending team's wide midfielders switch teams and attempt to score on the two small goals with the defensive line. The three central midfielders and the striker transition to defense.
