With cones, a pass station is built according to the respective variant. Three players go to cone I, two players to cone II and one player to cone III. The balls are on the starting cone I.
Variant 1: Player B passes the ball to player C and runs after his pass to cone II. C passes the ball to player D and runs to cone III. At the same time as C's outward movement, player D starts in the direction of the ball and adjusts it directly into the path of player E. D adjusts to cone II, player E tries to score and goes to cone I. This process is now repeated constantly. Variant 2: Player B plays a double pass with player D, then passes to C and runs to cone II. C passes the ball to D and stops next to cone II. Player D plays this directly into the path of player E who tries to score a goal. D runs to cone III and the player goes to cone I after finishing the goal. Option 3: Player B plays a long pass in the path of player D and runs to cone II. D then plays into the path of player C and positions at cone II. C passes the ball into the path to E and tries to score. C stands in cone III and player E positions himself at cone I after finishing the goal.
- Make sure that the rehearsed movement patterns lead to a fast, fluid overall movement. - Always demand accuracy and speed (the slow execution does not lead to success in the game). - Players should learn to observe (similar to the game) and be able to apply what they have observed. - Correct the errors again and again to prevent incorrect automatisms being looped in. - The view should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front). - The player expecting the pass makes a short counter-movement at the same time as the pass-out movement. - The pass should be played in the path of the ball-waiting player. - The pass player must observe the path of the player waiting for the ball. - These pass combinations require a high degree of game intelligence and a balance of fit, start timing and the right walking paths. - 9 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
