Setup

Cones are used to mark out a rectangular playing field the width of the penalty area and the length from the baseline to the semicircle of the center line. 4 player groups of 3 players are formed, who, according to the graphic, go to the 4 cones of the green part of the field. At the center line is another player who acts as a player. There is a goalkeeper in the goal, the balls are with the player.

Procedure

The players in groups C, D and A are the attackers, the players in group B the defenders. It is always played 3 against 1. A plays the ball in the green field, whereupon the starting players of the 4 groups run into the field and try to conquer the ball. If the attackers get the ball, 3 against 1 is immediately played on the goal. A triangle is to be built with the focus on hind running, deep pass, 1: 1 and double passes. The defender should prevent the attackers from scoring. The offside rule applies in the rectangle. The attacking team must complete the attack in 10 seconds. Only the room with a green background counts as a playing field. This means that the defender may not leave this room and only one attacker may enter the penalty area. The players in the rectangle have a contact. If an attacker succeeds in the penalty area, the striker must finish the goal as quickly as possible. Attack variant: The player in the back space fits onto the left outer lane and the player there fits directly into the alley on the incoming right wing.

Tip

- The pass should be played in the path of the ball-waiting starter. - The pass player must observe the path of the player waiting for the ball. - The pass recipient starts the movement with the pass player's outward movement. - When passing the opponent's pass, pay attention to the correct pass side. If a player wants to pass the ball to the left of the opponent, he should pass with the left inside. - The stronger team must finish as soon as possible. - The players should occupy the two outer lanes and the center or the back area immediately after winning the ball. - The defensive player tries to attack the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot take up any speed and, if possible, place his body between him and his shoulder. - The defender should block the way to the goal. Stand laterally so that the attacker has to choose the path away from the goal. The defensive player tries to use the offside rule. - 7 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
