Procedure

When completing the drill: Behaving and moving with ball-orientated zone defense. Variants: 2 strikers stand close to the central defenders in the potential goal scoring area. Alternative formation, or alternative paths/sliding scale of the back four (engaging, shifting), if the ball is played from the opponent player E to the left side of attack in the area/zone to player F and the two strikers are standing in the middle near the goal. Player D moves up to the second post, approximately level with player C, player C assigns himself the opposing striker H and player B assigns himself the striker G. A attacks the ball-carrying F.

Tip

1 full-court goal(s), This setup applies when the outer left midfielder has enough time to move up and isn\'t bound with another opposition player.
