The goalkeeper stands 2-3 m from his goal. Approx. 8-10 m in front of him stands the goalkeeper coach (GC) with the balls, 1 small goal is constructed in the centre of the half-way line.
Procedure
The GC plays a low backpass to the goalkeeper, who kicks the ball in the goal on the half-way line. The ball should be in the air when it reaches the goal. Intensity: Approx. 20 Passes. Resources: 1 Full-Size goal, 1 small goal.
Tip
1 half-court goals, 1 full-court goal(s), - Demand accuracy and a high tempo (slow training does not lead to long-lasting game appropriate consequences).\n- The standing leg should be placed 30-40cm next to and accordingly in line with ball.- Laces shot: The front of the foot points down, the ankle is tensed and torso is bent slightly over the ball. The contact area is the area behind the heel. In order to achieve greater distance slightly leaning back is allowed.\n- Kick with the instep: The ball is played partly with the side foot and partly with the laces.
