Tip

Accurate passing is of enormous importance for successful football. Therefore, passing must be practised repeatedly. When execution is incorrect, corrections must be made and the proper technique demonstrated. - This exercise requires high precision and passing accuracy. - The middle player is exposed to high physical demands over time. Therefore, the middle player should be rotated every 60 seconds. Other important points: - The plant foot should be placed 30-40 cm to the side of and level with the ball. - For inside-of-the-foot passes, the toes point upward, the ankle is firmly locked, and the upper body leans slightly forward over the ball. - Stand on the balls of the feet, slightly lift the kicking foot, and strike the ball centrally. Bring the body over the ball and do not lean back into a hollow back (receiving and controlling the ball follows the same principle). - Follow through with the leg after striking the ball. - Pay attention to the arms! When passing with the right inside, the left arm goes to the right hip; when using the left inside, the right arm goes to the left hip! - For an instep pass, the ankle is extended, toes point down, and the upper body leans slightly over the ball. - When playing the ball with the outside of the foot, the player may lean slightly back. - For the inside-of-the-foot drive, move at an angle to the ball and the body goes into a tilted position. - 3 cones
