Construction of a goal, a cone square and a starting cone according to the drawing. One player stands in the cone square, the others with ball at the start cone.
The starting player plays a flat pass on the player in the hat square who is standing with his back to the goal. The player takes the ball directly in the spin and shoots on the goal. The shot on goal should take place within the quadrangle. The shooter gets the ball and the passer now runs into the square, etc. Variant: Instead of a flat pass, a flight ball can also be played.
- Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. Pay attention to correct posture during shooting (upper body over the ball, support leg about 30-40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing, arms swing with; the arm, which is closest to the firing leg, makes the kicking movement of the leg the other one is led forward, the eye is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot). - The rotation of the ball and the shot on goal should be a fluid movement. Too much rebounding of the ball or deviating from the straight path should be avoided. - Start a kick-off movement before kicking the ball (sideways or backwards and meet the passer-by) - Different shot techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the coach). - The ball acceptance with the chest, the upper body, at the moment of the ball contact, must be turned towards the goal and thus leads the ball in the desired direction. - As soon as the ball leaves the foot of the player, this runs immediate into the squere waiting for the next pass. - 5 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
