  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 6 - 9 players

Setup

Construction of a goal, a cone square and a starting cone according to the drawing. One player stands in square, one player (bouncer) diagonally behind, the others with balls at the starting cap.

Procedure

The starting player plays a flying ball on the player in the square who is positioned with his back to the goal. He takes the ball in the spin directly, immediately plays a double pass with the bouncer and shoots the goal. The start player now goes to square, the player from the squyre becomes the bouncer and the bouncer, after he has gotten the ball, goes to the starting cone.

Tip

- Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Ensure correct posture during firing (upper body above the ball, support leg about 30-40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot pointing in the direction of the shot, arms swinging, the arm closest to the firing leg, makes the kicking movement of the leg the other one is led forward, the eye is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot). - The rotation and the ball and further play should be a fluid movement. Too much rebounding of the ball or deviating from the straight path should be avoided. - Start a kick-off movement before kicking the ball (sideways or backwards and meet the passer-by) - Different shot techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the coach). - At the moment of the ball acceptance with the chest, the upper body, must be turned towards the goal and thus leads the ball in the desired direction. - When the ball of leaves the foot of the first player he immediately runs, in anticipation of the next pass, into the square. - 5 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
