Ball/Hand Switch Through 90-Degree Leg Position

Setup

Each goalkeeper has a ball.

Procedure

The goalkeeper holds the ball in the right hand and bends the left leg at 90 degrees. He passes the ball under the bent left leg to the left hand. Then he immediately bends the right leg and passes the ball with the left hand under the right leg to the right hand, etc. The exercise should be performed in a continuous alternation. Sequence of movements: (1) Start with the right hand, bend the left leg, and pass the ball under the leg. (2) Receive the ball with the left hand. (3) Bend the right leg and pass the ball with the left hand under the leg. (4) Receive the ball with the right hand.

Tip

- Move on the balls of the feet. - Upper body is slightly leaned forward. - Properly bend and raise the legs. - Increase the tempo. - Smooth execution.
