Setup

2 goalkeepers stand facing each other. Both goalkeepers have a ball. Distances vary between 10-30 metres depending on shooting/throwing strength and age group.

Procedure

Both goalkeepers pass the balls to each other while moving. The sequence of pass - receiving/controlling - pass happens simultaneously for both goalkeepers. Later, one ball is thrown and the other is passed. Movement sequence/pass/throw order: A - 1=Low pass, 2=Receive and control the ball, 3=Low return pass B - 1=Mid-height ball, 2=Catch the ball, 3=Throw the ball back C - 1=Low ball, 2=Pick up the ball, 3=Roll the ball backn

Tip

- Demand clean and powerful passing. - Specify different sequences such as pass with the right foot, receive and control to the side with one touch using the left foot, pass with the right foot, etc. - The goalkeepers must always ensure that their sequences are performed in parallel (simultaneous passing/throwing/rolling, etc.).n
