Set up 2 cones opposite each other. One player at each cone, one of them with a ball.
Procedure
The player with the ball juggles and plays (on the coach's comma d) the ball volley to the partner. The partner controls the incoming ball in the air and continues juggling without the ball touching the ground, then passes the ball back volley, etc. Alternative: - The drill can also be designed as a game. Each mistake by a player (ball touches the ground during reception, ball is passed back inaccurately) is penalised with a point for the other player. - Additionally, a cone square can be set up as a target area (approx. 5 x 5 metres) in which the ball and the players must stay, or each player gets their own cone square into which they must pass.
Tip
The ball reception can be done in different ways: - with the inside of the foot - with the outside of the foot - with the instep - with the thigh - with the chest - with the head - 2 cones
