Setup

Two players face each other at a cone and pass the ball to each other.

Procedure

Two players pass the ball directly or after receiving it. Alternative: - Receive with the inside of the foot and pass back with the inside of the foot - Instep kick or inside of the foot kick - Low pass - High pass - Pass the ball with the outside of the foot - After a throw-in, control the ball with the head and pass back with the instep or inside of the foot - After a throw-in, receive the ball with the knee and pass back with the instep or inside of the foot - After a throw-in, receive the ball with the chest and pass back with the instep or inside of the foot

Tip

- This exercise offers great variation possibilities. - When receiving the ball, the plant foot is often too far from the ball or the player tends to lean backward. The plant foot should be placed 30 - 40 cm to the side of or level with the ball. - When passing or controlling the ball, the foot should be slightly raised and swung downward toward the ball. - 2 cones or more
