Tip
- Open palms; do not make a fist.\n- Use the balls of the feet, not the whole foot or the heel.\n- Tread light-footedly and loose, do not trample or stamp.\n- The arm bent towards the body moves alternating with the movement of the legs and not away from the body.\n- Initially carry out the movements slowly and get quicker bit by bit. A short contact time with the floor and a quick interaction between arms, ball and legs is strived for.\n-Whilst hopping, push up hard with the left leg, the right leg is bent. The left (bent) arm makes an upward movement. The left leg is almost stretched and pushes off from the ball of the foot. During this jumping movement the ball is bounced with the right hand towards the left hand side. When the ball of the right foot hits the ground the same course of movements begins with the left.\n-This exercise demonstrates an enormous amount of co-ordination. Therefore the coach will most likely need to be patient with the player.\n
