The goalkeeper coach/field player positions himself with a ball approximately 16-22 m from the goal. The goalkeeper is in the goal.
Procedure
The goalkeeper coach/field player dribbles toward the goalkeeper and tries to beat him. The goalkeeper must try to prevent this through clever defending of the goal and win the ball.
Tip
- The goalkeeper coach/field player should vary his dribbling and tempo as much as possible. This includes dribbling at different speeds and using various feints such as step-overs, shot feints, etc. Goalkeeper tasks: - Stay upright as long as possible, spread the arms, and adopt a shoulder-width foot stance. - Rush out quickly to narrow the angle for the goalkeeper coach. Slow down or stop 2-3 metres in front of the coach/player and move lightly on the balls of the feet. - Do not open the legs too wide. - The goal is to force the coach/player to the outside or to win the ball the moment it bounces too far from the coach's foot. - 1 full-size goal(s)
