Game opening by the goalkeeper through one of the center-backs
The Red team starts pressing approximately 25m in front of the goal
The game is played freely. Green must cross the dribbling line. Red can counter-attack the goal. In a numerical disadvantage, the outnumbered team tries to disrupt the build-up play and counter. Guidelines:
Full-backs: create width (position wide in front of the penalty area/penalty area edges)
Center-backs: create height (stand high)
Central midfielders: form triangles (create passing options)
Forwards and wingers: create depth
