Procedure
The exercise consists of a sequence of passes to the goalkeeper and intra-group passing combinations. One pair from each group of 4 plays the ball to the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper controls the ball and passes it on to the other pair of the group. A player from this pair receives the ball, passes it to his partner in the same cone area, who then plays a long pass back to the partner group that initially played the ball to the goalkeeper. As soon as the goalkeeper has controlled and distributed the ball, the next group starts with their pass to the goalkeeper. The groups play to the goalkeeper in the following order: Red - Blue - Yellow. In detail, the sequence is as follows: A2 passes to the GK, who plays a long ball to A4, who lays it off to A3. A3 hits a long ball to A1. B1 passes to the GK, who throws a long ball to B3, who lays it off to B4. B4 hits a long ball to B2. C1 passes to the GK, who plays a long drop kick to C3, who lays it off to C4. C4 passes a long ball to C2. After each round, the players within their pairs can switch positions, so a player alternately passes and receives.
