One red and one blue player each position themselves as follows: On the flanks (left and right) at the level of the penalty area line, 35 m from the goal on the flanks, as well as at the level of the penalty area line in the centre of the field and at the centre circle on the halfway line. The goalkeeper goes into the goal.
Procedure
The first ball is played by one of the 6 red players to the goalkeeper. In this case by the right fullback. The next player the goalkeeper passes to is the left fullback, whose opponent (A4) leaves the field. Now 6 red players + goalkeeper play against 5 blue players. The 6 players, including the goalkeeper, have the task of maintaining possession and placing the ball behind the halfway line. The 5 outnumbered players shift and try to prevent this or win possession and launch a quick shot on goal.
Tip
- Quick, precise building from the back. - The red team always has the option of restarting through the goalkeeper if they can't play forward. - When spaces open up, use quick passing or space-covering dribbling. - The blue team tries to direct play to the flanks, put the opponent under pressure there and win possession. - Very running-intensive game. - In addition to game-realistic building from the back through the goalkeeper, this game form practices switching play, attack build-up and pressing. - 1 full-size goal(s)
