Chaos Game: Handball header vs. (mini)football vs. reverse ball

Setup

• 2 mini goals on each of the horizontal sides
• 2 mini field goals on the vertical sides
• Divide into teams of equal size
• 1 football
• 1 foot ball

Procedure

The teams facing each other play against each other.

Referring to the diagrams, Team Green would play against Team Yellow. These 2 teams play football normally on the 4 mini goals.

Team Blue plays football against Team Red in the meantime. The ball may only be played backwards with the hand and the goals must also be scored backwards. It is allowed to run with the ball until a player is touched. If a player is touched, he must stop. However, the player may pass the ball while standing.

• Pay attention to the division of space
• Improve overview of the game
• Joyful movement in the warm up

Note

• The exercise must start slowly so that players do not get in each other's way and injure themselves.
