The ball is held with both hands between the legs. One arm grips the ball from behind, the other from the front. Now release the ball, quickly turn to the other side, and catch the ball again in the same manner while leaning forward in the middle.
Tip
- The goalkeeper's legs are shoulder-width apart. The knees are slightly bent and the upper body is leaning forward. Holding the ball in one hand, he throws it slightly upward (20-30 cm) between his legs and quickly turns to the other side (alternating arms/hands grip the left and right leg) to catch the ball again. - Start slowly and gradually increase speed.
