The players hold the ball and throw it up. Before the ball touches the ground, they juggle it alternately with the left and right foot and then back into the arms. Then they juggle it in the order right-left and so on.
Tip
- The contact surface is the instep. - Always make sure both feet are used alternately. - The upper body is upright, eyes looking down. - The standing leg is slightly bent at the knee. - The playing leg is also bent at the knee, with the knee pulled slightly upward so the foot lifts off the ground. - The ball is struck 20 - 30 cm above the ground. - The arms are at the sides of the body and bent at the elbows (similar to carrying a crate of water). - The ball should not be kicked too far upward.
