• 6 cones
• 1 goal (which can stay at its usual position) and 2-3 rotating goalkeepers
• all available balls
Two cones, one cone on each corner, will be placed on the edge of the 5-yard box and on the length of the baseline and 16-yard box.
The last 2 cones will be placed about 5 meters behind the penalty area (see graphic).
All balls should be at the cones near the goal line.
One player plays a precise pass to the last cone behind the 16-yard box.
The player positioned at that cone takes a good first touch into space, so that his second touch can immediately be his shot on goal.
Players should try to shoot from outside of the 16-yard box.
Coaching Points:
• First touch, second touch, and finish should be a flowing procedure
• should be played as a Finishing Competition
