Coordination and Ball Skills VIII

Setup

The number of players is flexible. Two cones can mark the start and finish, for example.

Procedure

Kick the ball over the head backward, turn around, and control it with a drop-kick touch, then do a short dribble. Variation: Use any other receiving technique (inside of the foot, outside, etc.).

Tip

- This trains the coordination between body and ball as well as movement speed. - Eyes follow the ball. - Play the ball straight up and apply the receiving technique as soon as the ball touches the ground.
