Coordination Course with 2 Goal Attempts

Setup

• 2 goals with 2 goalkeepers
• 4 hurdles
• 1 dummy
• 3 slalom poles
• 4 cones
• 6 rings

Procedure

The players start at the hurdles and perform the following tasks at the stations:

• The player jumps over the 4 hurdles in quick and high jumps.
• Sprint to the marker.
• The player receives the ball and controls it.
• Player dribbles through the slalom poles.
• One-two pass with the passer to beat the dummy.
• Shot on the first goal
• Quick reaction, switch, and move directly to the next station without looking at the ball.
• Cross the rings with brief ground contact.
• Second passer plays a pass that is directly used to shoot on goal #2.

Tip

Coaching Points

• Gradually increase intensity.
• Emphasize the quality of exercises over speed.
